Black Voices was live at the 2010 Essence Music Festvial in New Orleans -- a celebration of black women, food, music, empowerment and creativity.

We don't know what Kelly Rowland does for money these days but it looks like she's giving some away. She launched her "I Heart My Girlfriends" charity this weekend in Miami, and her girls Serena Williams, La La Vasquez and Kim Kardashian came through to support. According to Kell's web site, "the charity will serve as an interactive support system for teenage girls including self-esteem and empowerment, teen and young adult dating violence prevention and drug, alcohol and anti-smoking avoidance."

Being the beauty that she is, she came perfectly coifed in the style-du-jour, the fringe -- long bangs on top of a nice straight bob. Hot or Not?
