Naomi Campbell does not come across as cuddly or approachable. She's beautiful and fierce. I'm thinking the people around her hesitate to mention the obvious, so I'll take a shot.
Naomi, it's time to leave the weaves be and let your hairline live. When I caught sight of these photos on the gossip blog Miss Jia of Campbell at a New York City photo shoot on Monday, my heart went out to her poor scalp. It doesn't deserve this kind of abuse!
The U.K.'s Daily Mail identifies the issue as traction alopecia, which can be caused by "tight hair styles, ponytails, hard brushing and hair extensions." It's generally recommended that weaves stay in for no longer than six weeks, and it's always best to visit a stylist who keeps the integrity of your hairline in mind.
Here's hoping Naomi finds a product to help grow back those edges and give her scalp some much-needed love!

people only say that the williams sisters are beautiful cause they have money...real talk...if they were regular joes walking the streets..no one would take a 1st look at them...keep it real...and the black brothers especially would be dissin them..

Well... first of all, Naomi Campbell is beatufiul - and at one time, she COULD "set flames" to a runway. But her hideous behavior and attitude have long since thrown a bucket of cold water on whatever flames she once set. Her hairline is horrible - and no doubt it's from the abuse models heap on their hair in the name of making a living as "beauty" icons! Not only is her hairline terrible... her "kitchen" in the back is peasley as hell, and her own hair is thin and sparse looking.
Everyone here has a right to their opinions! Stop bashing people for stating the obvious! Naomi is NOT the sweetheart of the runways as you seem to believe... she is a violent, ugly-spirited wretch whose "people" have allowed her to think she can do whatever she pleases. This roum is about her hairline - and like her personality and her reputation - it is badly damaged. Likely beyond repair.

I am applauding Ms. Naomi for boldly doing her thing and in agreement with the poster who stated she'd be on Fiya even if she were completely BALD! I too suffer from Discoid Lupus and have had patchy hair loss for over 10 years. If I can glue it ,tape it, sew it, dammit I will! I am fierce regardless and God bless my husband for telling me at the onset of my hair loss that he didn't marry my hair...Speak on what you know.

It's pathetic how black people today, 21st century, still belittle and dislike themselves. And how the ignorant white racists come to this site to help put blacks down. Slavery is still alive. Naomi could not give a damn about any of you. White women must want to be black getting bigger lips, paying to have bigger behinds, oh but that's ok. Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan, Btitney Spears, most white starlets and old ones too (Sophia Loren for years has worn wigs) wear weaves and extensions, but I forget, it's ok if you are white, they have hair and just want fullness or instant length. You probably can't go to a white forum and hear them putting down other whites. Then I look at Indians (from India) getting skin lightners to try and get lighter, and some Asian women getting their eyes done to unslant them to look more western (meaning white). And that nonsense of the Chinese renting white people. I have to give it to the white race, they have done an unbelievable job into brainwashing the world into hating themselves and worshipping whites. I really can't hate them because I can't believe how absoluting pathetic some minorities and ethnic groups are. I get the picture, most others don't, including those whites who come to this site to make themselves feel better knowing other whites look down on them. You are no better than the sicko who poured acid on her face and blamed it on a black woman. She was a loser who hated the way she looked, and she was definitely not pretty to begin with. No one defines me or tells me what to do and not do.
