What's up with
Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown's obsession with shaving half of her daughters' heads? First
it was her toddler Angel, and now her oldest daughter
Phoenix Chi has joined the half-bald club. In Mel B's defense, Phoenix is a little older, so it seems like this hairdo was probably more her choice than her mom's. Also, considering
Willow Smith's
latest 'do, this is clearly the hottest new style for the tween set. But is it an appropriate look for a young girl?

Not desiring to hurt anyones feelings, the hair for what it is (an attention getter) just doesn't make sense. Why do people feel the need to draw attention to themselves??? I'd wager the poor little girl had little to do with the decision. poor thing!

Britney gets ABSOLUTELY NO credit when it comes to her hair.......she pays tons of money for extensions that are clearly caked with glue to attach them! Her hair is disgusting, oily, dirty, and a sloppy mess that she doesnt care for! i would NEVER want britneys hair!
REgarding the pic above, there is nothing wrong with this do on a pre-teen...i started cutting, dying my hair at this age...its just a phase of experimentation, and it will change with the seasons/styles of the time.

I think her daughter looks adorable and I think it also says she has confidence which is often lacking in kids that age.

"Child like"? What is this SICK obsession that Americans have these days about not letting children grow up. This is a hairstyle for crying out loud. We aren't talking about putting gold rings in her labia! The entire concept of what is "appropriate" has been twisted into a self indulgent obsession to keep children like they were collectible figures still in their original factory wrappers. They aren't. They are human beings that WILL grow up whether you like it or not. You can either help them along an inch at a time, or you can expect some SERIOUSLY dysfunctional monsters when they finally do turn 18 and can run away from you.
