The reason it is negative for BLACK women is because white women wear weaves that look like the texture of their own hair, where as black women will wear weaves and wigs to have the texture hair that a white woman would have instead of just wearing and keeping up with the hair that GOD us to have.

Rob, if you were right about white women being so concerned about looking like they were wearing their natural hair, then white women wouldn't be wearing weaves at all. In the midst of your stereotypes and generalizations, consider this: maybe white women wear weaves because they feel it looks BETTER THAN THEIR NATURAL HAIR.

well white women in most cases dont really need them, they just want a quick fix for more length or added volume rather than having to wait and let it grow. black women on the other hand (in most cases) cant grow that type of hair
