Here's a quick and easy way to keep your hair smelling fresh and fragrant each day.Take 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil (lavender, tea tree, etc.) and apply it to your paddle brush or boar bristle brush. Brush hair to freshen.
Or, add 1-2 drops to a full water bottle or liquid leave-in conditioner and spray directly onto the hair.
Essential oils not only have a potent long lasting aroma, they also act as a mild cleansing agent on the hair shaft.
Make sure to only use one or two drops. Avoid applying directly to the scalp or using your hands to apply as essential oils are extremely concentrated and can irritate the skin.I hope this helps! For more tips and techniques, you can find me at www.healthytextures.com.

This is a good hair tip. There are so many products out there that we buy but can get the same affect on our own and for much less money- something's that's important during these difficult financial times.

A good tip. I am tired of curling my hair or straightening it with a flat iron and having a unpleasant smell in my hair. It is embarrassing when I get in anybody's car with that smell.
Thank you.

why don't you wash your hair if it smells?
