This looks really good! If anything I'll try the deep conditioning 'recipe' but I wonder how this works for folks with dreadlocks? Is it difficult to get the molasses out?

How do you use the Black Strap Molasses? Do you mix it with the thick oil? How much oil and how much molasses? How long do you leave it on your hair for conditioning and how long to cover gray hair?

Everyone can make their own natural hair care products and hair growing oils and it will be much cheaper than purchasing it through a site. Do a internet search in regards to what oils make the hair grow and mix them together in a bottle. Rosemary oil is good for hair growth, nettle oil, castor oil, etc. As far as natural shampoo look up castille soap. The internet is full of vast information to help you on your natural hair care journey. In this economy we cannot afford to purchase any high priced products catered to the african american community. We are targets for people who want to get rich off us and our struggles.
You can also use raw shea butter on the hair or shea oil. Look it up on the net and start your journey to healthy strong growing hair without having to spend a lot of money purchasing the high priced products of others. Save yourself a buck and do it yourself.
Good Luck

I generally just use natural ingredients like honey on my hair anyway because I know that stuff in the stores if full of things that I dont want to be exposed to. I use the products at Mineral Indulgence because they are really natural and work well for my 4b hair. If anybody wants to just use natural products you can check them out at http://mineralindulgence.com/

OKAY DONT BELEIVE THIS WOMEN. I have dont hair for over 25 years and have my own shop. People will pour, bleand, and sprinkle any and everything in their hair. All that mess, will do nothing but attract flies and bees and with that sticky mess a bear. People are always trying to make money off of hair products. Getting your ends trimmed and keeping your hair condtioned and not put everthing you see and hear about on your head then you would be fine. And stop over processing your hair with dyes, heat and relaxers you would be good to go.
