Consistency/Scent:

The shampoo is a rich white color with a thick consistency and the conditioner is also white with an extremely thick consistency. Both products have a very distinct vanilla smell.

Process:

It's about ten weeks since my last relaxer. I washed once with the shampoo and applied the conditioner throughout my hair. I let it sit for 5 minutes and then rinsed. I applied Jane Carter Leave-in spray and nourish and shine and put the hair in braids.

Positive:

My hair dried very smooth and soft. It had a nice shine to it and was very bouncy.

Negative
:

The product smelled great in the shower but faded soon after I set my hair.

The products made my hair feel very stripped and the conditioner offered very little slip when it was rinsed out.

It also might have been too much protein for my hair because I noticed my hair was very hard when I was braiding it and was shedding more than usual.

Even though, my hair was felt soft when I took out my braids, it became increasingly dry over the next few days.

Overall:
This product was not for me. If your hair responds well to protein products (which mine does not), it might work better for you. It definitely made my hair feel strong but not moisturized enough for my taste. I think there are better products that soften the hair without all of the shedding and dryness.

Have you tried this product? What did you think??
